There had been serious concerns among cctv engineers over the capability of analog cameras being viewed remotely over the internet just like their ip camera counterpart. Some of the challenges had been the enabling router or internet modem assigning a different ip address to your camera or dvr after a days work. When you shut down your systems after a days work and re-start the following day, you will discover that your router had assigned a different ip address to your Dvr because it has dynamic ip address configuration by default. Another challenge is getting your isp (internet service provider) to to give you a static ip address so that your router does not have to assign a different ip to your dvr after a re-start. The result is cut throat in cost or outright non-functional solution, or both, and even when you have done your port forwarding on the router, you will still meet a new challenge when you re-start your dvr.

 This page will open where you will key in the product id, username and password of your dvr, hit enter and that's all. For fear of counterfeit, we have all our product id embedded on the web. You will get your product id when you connect a lan cable that has internet behind your Dvr. Open the network page of our Dvr and wait for ten seconds or more, depending on how fast your internet is. Copy out your product id. Product id is in front of an icon (e-see) by the upper right corner.
