2 WAYS AND 4 WAYS GSM GOIP GATEWAY                  


1.1 Introduction 

The GoIP series gateway is a broadband relay gateway for both office and personal use. It comes in the ranges of between one way to as much as sixty four ways. Meaning that you can insert up to sixty four sim cards into one of our equipment to to receive and forward same to service call attendants. You can also loop this equipment over the internet for use in place of ip or VoIP phones.  This product can do for you what analog PABX can do but now over the GSM and internet network. It is a new product for seamless connection between the GSM network and VoIP network. When the mobile phone SIM card is installed in the GoIP, users can register the GSM phone to the VoIP softswitch system. Through the GoIP, users can realize the uplink and downlink calls between the GSM network and the VoIP network. In addition, the GoIP supports the transparent transmission of the caller number from the PSTN to the VoIP. The GoIP features embedded SIP and H.323 protocols with flexible setting. The bi-directional password authentication (call authorization) and trust list authentication greatly minimize the risk of charge losses and the flexible routing function can meet special requirements of various call forwarding. In particular, the GoIP gateway supports multi device groups, with flexible setting of large GSM gateway groups with different channel numbers.  Mchenrich Technologies Ltd hereby introduce to you what we call ELECTRONIC RECEPTIONIST. One of the most common uses of our ER system is to route calls within an organization electronically. Our system answers any incoming call and asks the caller to use the phone keypad to direct his calls. You will be told to press one to speak to the accounts department, press two to speak to admin, press three to speak to sales, press four for information on our services, press five to speak to a specialist. When you press four, you will be directed to a live attendant that will speak with you. The list is endless. You could as well just record your voice message and we push it to your audience as in election campaign. You may also direct the callers to drop a message and receive response later. This removes the cost of making newspaper advertisement that people seldom read or maintaining an unproductive office desk attendant. In the past, you would hire a receptionist or a switchboard operator to answer all these incoming calls and route the callers to the right extension. Our ER system will do that for you now and especially useful when fielding customer-service calls. You could also use this products to build call service centers. This enables you employ several workers trained to attend to clients needs as they call. This way, you do not need a telephone box. All you need is a soft phone installed in your computer that does the same work a desk phone can do for you. The attendant has to use ear phone with microphone to answer incoming calls and all calls recorded in the hard disk of the computer for future reference purposes.
